Manager runs to spiritualists over Lilwin death prophecy
The manager said on Radio Univers on Tuesday that the recent prophecy by Prophet Michael Kojo Poku of Fire Time Prayer Ministry that Lilwin would die soon, goaded him to seek spiritual protection for him.
He explained that in as much he abhors the practice of announcing such prophecies, they have prayed over it.
“We mistake Mallams to be ‘juju men’. No, a Mallam is a teacher. My great-grandfather is a Mallam, my grandfather is a Mallam, [and] my father is a Mallam,” Razak further explained.
Prophet Michael Kojo Poku was reported to have said that it has been revealed to him that “if prayer sessions are not organized for the actor, he will die prematurely.”
According to the reports the prophet said that “Lilwin needs to pass through a powerful deliverance session with me to be freed from the spirits of death hanging around him.”
There have been a couple of prophecies about Ghanaian celebrities following the death of dance hall artiste Ebony who died through a car accident recently.
Reports suggest that some men of God had prophesied that Ebony would die through a car accident. Another prophecy has it that dance hall artiste Shatta Wale will die soon.
While some believe these prophecies must be taken seriously, others have also described them as mere happenstance and an act to make the prophets popular.
